Our Better Hearing Promise: Devices and all accessories must be returned to your Audika clinic in undamaged, working order within the 90 day period of fitting your original purchase.
Our Price Match promise: Price matching available on new Oticon brand hearing aids only. To take advantage of the price match promise you must at the time ordering with Audika, either provide a quote that is no more than 30 days old, or a link to a website showing current competitor pricing, which clearly shows the make, model (including technology level), style and price. We will only price match the exact make/model/style hearing aid. We will only price match New Zealand audiology clinic prices. Online sales and non-New Zealand clinic excluded. Second-hand, refurbished, imperfect or demonstration models are excluded from the rice match promise.
Our No Regrets Upgrade Promise: Offer only valid on purchase of Oticon brand hearing aids (initial purchase and upgrade), accessories excluded. Offer valid for 6 months from date of fitting. Limit of one upgrade for each original purchase, upgrade offer not applicable to the upgraded hearing aids or on hearing aids that have been replaced under insurance or Audika's loss or dame cover. When upgrading, original hearing aids must be returned to your Audika clinic in undamaged, working order. If your original purchase was on a payment plan upgrade amount will be the amount actually paid as at the upgrade date (deposit plus amount paid towards payment plan). If you are in default of your payment plan you must pay for the upgrade devices in full (less any amount actually paid for the original devices) at the time of fitting.

1 year free service appointments: Applies to service appointments, excludes any repairs or consumables.
2 year loss or damage cover: Hearing Device Loss and Damage covers a once-only replacement of each device which is lost or damaged for 24 months from the date of purchase. This offer applies only to Demant hearing devices (Oticon and Bernafon brands). Excess of $600 per device applies. If you do not wish to pay the excess, you will forfeit your rights under the Hearing Device Loss and Damage Cover. If the original hearing device(s) purchased is no longer available, a hearing device(s) of similar technology and style will be prescribed as a replacement. Only hearing devices are covered – accessories are not included in the cover. Cover is for 2 years (24 months) from the date of original purchase, but replacement device(s) are not eligible for this cover. Audika reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw cover or reject a claim if fraud is suspected. You will be required to supply a Statutory Declaration Form to claim under Hearing Device Loss and Damage Cover. Cover is not available if the loss or damage is covered by another policy (eg, home and contents insurance, travel insurance).
4 year device warranty: Applies to Demant hearing devices only (Oticon and Bernafon brands, excludes accessories). Refer to the warranty information accompanying this device (provided at the fitting appointment when the device is supplied to you) for full details of the warranty and the warranty period/details of any accessories purchased in addition to your device. The rights given under the product warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies under a law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates to. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Drop in Hour: Walk into our clinics between 1-2pm on clinic operating days and one of our clinicians will be available to address questions or assist with service needs. No appointment necessary. . Drop in hour not available in all clinics nor all days in some clinics. Contact your local Audika clinic to confirm availability.
1Disability Support Services subsidies and ACC cover support may be available to make treatment more affordable for you. Disability Support Service and ACC Programs are only available to eligible clients and conditions apply.
