We understand hearing aids are a significant investment which is why we recommend coming to see us first. Eligibility criteria apply.

In New Zealand, the Disability Support Service (DSS) has two schemes1 designed to assist permanent residents getting hearing aids.
Depending on your circumstances and your type of hearing loss, you may qualify for the DSS Hearing Aid Funding Scheme or the DSS Hearing Aid Subsidy Scheme.

1 Disability Support Service subsidies and ACC cover support may be available to make treatment more affordable for you. New Zealand Disability Support Service and ACC Programs are only available to eligible clients and conditions apply.

2 Interest may be charged by your financial institution. If you fail to make a payment under this agreed plan you will need to reimburse us for costs and expenses that we incur. No Administration fees. Payback period 6, 12, 18, 24 or 36 months. Applies to purchase of one or more of our hearing devices. 10% initial payment of the total purchase price is required (due at the time of the fitting appointment)
