Audika is committed to providing the highest level of hearing healthcare to our clients. Underpinning this commitment, is the building and development of foundation skills for our Audiologists and Audiometrists who have recently completed their qualifications.

Professional organisations

We provide supported supervision programs through:

Each clinician enters a tailored supervision program, overseen by fully trained and qualified clinical trainer & supervisors. Our clinical trainers & supervisors are all experienced clinicians who undergo a supervisors training course that is run in house. This ensures key competencies necessary to satisfy the requirements for full registration with their professional organisation, The New Zealand Audiological Society (NZAS) are met. During the supervision program, we provide ongoing education to ensure that clinicians reach the highest standards clinical care and customer service. Upon completion, clinicians will be able to obtain their full accreditation through NZAS.
