The Audika Hearing Care Help Line is a service that will allow you to connect with an Audika local expert via phone, video call or online, on your hearing questions and request batteries to be mailed to you. Even if you are not an existing Audika client, our local experts will be only too happy to help. 

Our expert team can help:

  • Connect you with a highly trained clinician to address any queries you might have
  • Request batteries to be mailed to you
  • Even if you are currently not an existing Audika client, our team are here to help you

Online hearing resources

We have developed some useful information and trouble-shooting guides to assist you while you are at home. Whether you need assistance in changing your hearing aid batteries, maintaining your hearing aids, using your hearing aids, connecting your hearing aids to devices and accessories or a family member might like to know more about your hearing aids, Audika has information readily available.
